Kim Dennet, LMHC With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Kim is a cognitive behavioural clinician who specializes in helping individuals navigate a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Kim holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.


Kim's clinical approach integrates cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques, providing a comprehensive framework to address issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship difficulties, parenting skills, school issues, trauma, life transitions and adjustment issues. 

Having worked extensively in school settings, Kim has a strong background in special education and is adept at supporting adolescents, young adults, and their families.
